Question 1

What does Agendar do?

Accepted Answer

Agendar builds software and AI workers that do manual work for businesses, then measures the results. That includes AI workers, business automations, custom software, and our own products.

Question 2

How do you measure results?

Accepted Answer

Before we build, we agree what success looks like, such as hours saved, faster turnaround, or fewer errors. After launch, we track it and share what we find.

Question 3

Do you only build AI solutions?

Accepted Answer

No. AI is one of the tools we use. We also build traditional software, integrations, and automated workflows. We choose the approach that best solves the problem.

Question 4

Can you work with our existing software?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We can explore integrating with the tools your business already uses, subject to their technical capabilities and access requirements.

Question 5

Do we need to know exactly what we want built?

Accepted Answer

No. Tell us how the work currently gets done and what you're trying to improve. We can help define the problem and recommend a solution.

Question 6

Do you work with businesses in other countries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work remotely with businesses wherever they are based. Time zones, project requirements, and working arrangements are agreed for each project.

Question 7

Can you support the software after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Where appropriate, we can agree on ongoing support, maintenance, and improvement as part of the engagement.

Question 8

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about the work your team still does by hand. We'll look at it with you and suggest what software could take over.
